Dishonest company that goes by the name of onlinesupplystore.com, Sells defective items and won't allow returns. DO NOT buy from www.onlinesupplystore.com! Dishonest company onlinesupplystore.com that sells defective items and won't allow returns. Their phone numbers do not connect or work and they do not return emails. You can not return DEFECTIVE items. They claim they have items in stock when they don't and have no intention of getting them in stock ever but they will take your money and hold onto it while you fight to get the order canceled and or return items. They DO NOT run a reputable business at all. Very unhappy with these kind of online businesses that make it hard for the rest of us to do our job. I have dealings with them at least 3 times. I gave them the benefit of it just being the usual mishaps but after 3 strikes you are out! Please help me to spread the word about this company and it's practices.
