By using the services of Diversity Design Studio, LLC., hosting you agree to the billing policy below. This billing policy may be changed at anytime without notice and it is the responsibility of the customer to view this policy periodically.

Payments

All charges are shown in US Dollars. Payments are to be made in US dollars.

Diversity Design Studio, LLC. accepts the following types of payment:

Check/money order

Credit card (VISA or American Express)

All payments are due on the Account Statement Date. The Account Statement Date is the monthly anniversary of the date the account was activated. If you provide Diversity Design Studio, LLC., your credit card information, you authorize Diversity Design Studio, LLC., to automatically charge your credit card for charges that apply to your account. You are responsible for keeping your credit card information with Diversity Design Studio, LLC., up-to-date in regards to billing address changes or credit card number change or credit card expiration date changes.

Accounts that are thirty (30) days past due may be automatically suspended. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection.

Billing Terms Offered

Diversity Design Studio, LLC., offers one Billing Term for hosting:

Longer billing terms have discounted rates as shown on our host chart at click here. The Billing Cycle begins on the Plan Activation Date. You can change your billing term at anytime but the new billing term will only begin at your next renewal date.

Additional Items

All additional features added to an account are charged upon activation on a per Invoice basis. Additional items are non-refundable and include such services as merchant account License Fees, merchant account Monthly Fees, and MS SQL database hosting services to name just a few.

Account Renewals

In order to insure uninterrupted service to your website, all plans will be automatically renewed ON or AFTER the renewal date using the credit card you used upon ordering. The rate charged will be the current rate on the date of renewal. If you wish to cancel your plan before plan renewal, please refer to the Cancellation section below.

Statements

Diversity Design Studio, LLC., does not mail paper invoices or statements unless requested. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used upon account signup unless otherwise notified. Diversity Design Studio, LLC., can email, or mail your Invoices at anytime by calling our sales desk and requesting this.

Fees

Returned (NSF) Checks Diversity Design Studio, LLC., charges a $35.00 fee for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that issue an NSF check will be required to submit future payments with a certified check or money order.

Overdue Charges

If a host account is overdue Diversity Design Studio, LLC., reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account at anytime past 30 days overdue. Diversity Design Studio, LLC., will attempt to contact the account holder before taking such action via email and phone. Accounts overdue past 30 days may be suspended without further notice.

Reactivation Of Suspended Accounts

An overdue charge may apply to reactivate an account. This is at the full discretion and decision of Diversity Design Studio, LLC.

Cancellations

Host plans will automatically renew until a plan is cancelled. In order to cancel service, you must contact Diversity Design Studio, LLC., Sales Desk at (503) 622-4105. Diversity Design Studio, LLC., will assist you with the cancellation process.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS PAST THIRTY DAYS

Please be aware that there are no refunds past 30 days on any Diversity Design Studio, LLC. service as agreed and stated on the order form you used when signing up with Diversity Design Studio, LLC.

Cancellation requests must be received by Diversity Design Studio, LLC., a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the end of your Billing Term. Cancellations submitted later than this time may result in automatic renewal of your hosting plan. Once renewed there are NO REFUNDS. Cancellations are effective on the day we are informed to cancel an account by the customer and Diversity Design Studio, LLC. is unable to cancel your account on a future date. When an account is cancelled all emails, website files on the server and all other Diversity Design Studio, LLC., host settings will be deleted and NO BACKUPS MADE for later retrieval. Diversity Design Studio, LLC., will confirm the cancellation request once it is processed. Upon cancellation unused days will be prorated and refunded for all hosting services payed by credit card. Services payed for by check will not be prorated.

Cancellation of services does not relieve the customer from paying any outstanding balance owed on the account. Diversity Design Studio, LLC., reserves the right to cancel any account, at any time, without notice, for any reason considered appropriate by Diversity Design Studio, LLC.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Each of Diversity Design Studio, LLC., web hosting plans carries a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the monthly service fee's paid excluding any setup fees, domain registration or transfer fees, charges for excess bandwidth or other charges related to setup or utilization of the service. There are no refunds on MS SQL monthly fees, dedicated real audio streams, Miva setup and Miva monthly fees and ecBuilder setup fees and monthly fees. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available within 30 Days of account start up. There are no refunds offered or promised after 30 days.

Domain Nameservers

Customer agrees the following regarding nameservers. Diversity Design Studio, LLC., periodically does domain audits for those domains hosted on our servers. If a domain hosted on our servers has nameservers different then Diversity Design Studio, LLC., nameservers, and is pointed to another web host company's server(s), where the customer has not notified Diversity Design Studio, LLC., that they have moved their website to another hosting service then this policy shall apply:

1. Diversity Design Studio, LLC., has the right to delete the host account from our servers including all email accounts and website data without further notice.

This policy is to protect both the customer and Diversity Design Studio, LLC., from any individual that could possibly use the host account to send spam or other malicious code to others From your account with us.

Price Changes / Policy Changes

Diversity Design Studio, LLC., prices and policies are subject to change without notice. Any price changes become effective on the renewal date.
